1. Seller and application
These terms govern purchases from Urban Lab by consumers. The seller is ServiciosASP OÜ, registry code 17551744, at the address and email stated in the Legal Notice. Mandatory consumer protections prevail over any conflicting term.
2. Products and availability
Product descriptions, availability and prices are shown on the product page. Product names and manufacturer information may appear in their original language. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will notify you and refund the affected amount.
3. Prices, taxes and charges
Prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise. The final amount payable, including any applicable tax and delivery charge collected by us, is displayed before the order is placed. Deliveries outside the relevant customs area may incur import VAT, customs duties or carrier fees imposed by the destination country; unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the customer is responsible for those amounts.
4. Orders and contract formation
By clicking the final payment button, you make a binding offer to purchase the cart contents. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but not necessarily acceptance. The contract is formed when we send the order or dispatch confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order for stock, payment, fraud-prevention, legal, delivery-restriction or obvious pricing-error reasons, and will refund any amount collected.
5. Payment
Card and supported local payments are processed securely by Stripe. Urban Lab does not receive full card numbers. Payment may be subject to Stripe, card-network and bank verification. The available methods are displayed at checkout.
6. Delivery
We offer delivery to destinations made available at checkout. Within Spain, delivery is limited to mainland Spain and excludes the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands. Estimated times and charges are displayed at checkout and confirmed with the order. International delivery estimates may be affected by customs and events outside our reasonable control.
7. Returns and consumer withdrawal
Urban Lab accepts notification of an eligible return within 15 calendar days, counted from the day after you receive the goods, without giving a reason. Clearly state that you wish to return your purchase; providing your order number and the products concerned helps us process your request. Our confirmation is not a condition for a notice sent within the deadline to be valid.
Send the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. The customer bears the direct return cost unless the item is defective, we agreed otherwise, or applicable law requires us to pay it. You may inspect goods as in a physical shop, but may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary. Statutory exceptions apply, including clearly personalised goods and sealed hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed. This 15-day policy extends the usual statutory withdrawal period and does not limit any mandatory consumer or legal-guarantee right. 8. Refunds
We reimburse eligible payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery, within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they were sent back. Refunds use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.
9. Defective goods and legal guarantee
Consumers retain the mandatory legal guarantee applicable to non-conforming goods, including a minimum two-year protection under EU rules where applicable. Contact us promptly with the order number, description and supporting photographs. Available remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund according to law.
10. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or mandatory product and consumer obligations. To the extent permitted for business customers, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or loss caused by events beyond reasonable control.
